TCG Atlas
Pokémon TCG sets, expansions and set-level read models
Sets are how collectors, shops and flippers chunk inventory: a new expansion drop, a promo wave or a vintage block. TCG Atlas anchors every set to the same canonical codes we use for variants, then layers fair value, arbitrage-ready variant keys and completion context for members.
Set-level context, not just a checklist
Knowing the set name is not enough—different regions stagger release dates, label promos differently and sometimes print conflicting card numbers. We keep the canonical set list aligned with how the TCG numbers cards so your binder matches the database.
For members, set hubs become operational: where liquidity clusters, which rarities are under-traded and how the set behaves versus the broader index.
Regional prints and reprints
Reprints, subset markers and specialty SKUs (theme decks, etb promos, league stamps) each need a clear home. When official labeling is ambiguous we document the tie-breakers in methodology rather than guessing silently.
That discipline matters for price integrity: mixing Unlimited and 1st Edition pools, for example, would trash fair value for both.
Accessing the set explorer
Anonymous visitors land on this overview first. The interactive set explorer and completion helpers unlock after a free registration, consistent with other heavy catalog surfaces.
If you are evaluating the product, pair this page with the catalog overview and the methodology page for a complete picture.
